BESTMSLs seeks an Associate Director / Director, Medical Science Liaison to lead scientific engagement for biopharma clients in Healthcare & Medical Services. In this field-based role, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, deliver high-quality scientific and clinical presentations, support evidence generation, and provide medical insights to inform strategy. You will mentor MSLs, ensure compliant, evidence-based communication, and collaborate cross-functionally. Lead scientific and clinical engagement with KOLs and other healthcare stakeholders for biopharma clients.
Develop, maintain, and execute regional medical plans aligned with overall medical and brand strategy.
Deliver fair-balanced, evidence-based scientific presentations and respond to complex medical inquiries.
Gather, synthesize, and communicate field medical insights to internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
Support and oversee evidence generation activities, including IITs, RWE, and observational studies.
Mentor and provide leadership to MSL team members, supporting field excellence and best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, and HEOR partners while ensuring compliance.
Contribute to scientific communications, including slide decks, training materials, and medical resources.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards and company SOPs.
Represent BESTMSLs as a scientific expert at congresses, advisory boards, and medical education events.

Certification in Medical Affairs (e.g., MSLS, MAPS) beneficial
Documented expertise in relevant therapeutic area(s) through publications or presentations
