Interview with The Medical Affairs Company


The Medical Science Liaison Society Career Center team, recently interviewed Wendy Copley – an accomplished and performance driven professional with over 20 years of combined expertise in talent management, recruiting and service delivery. She is a member of The Medical Affairs Company recruiting team.

MSLS-CC: Why is this position open?

WC: Exciting first product launch, New MSL team are the reason for these vacancies.

MSLS-CC: What are you looking for in the ideal candidate?

WC: An ideal candidate for this role must have MSL experience, minimum 18 months, Advanced Doctorate degree, preferably Oncology, GI or Endocrinology expertise.

MSLS-CC: How big is the MSL team?

WC: This team will have a total of 10 MSLs

MSLS-CC: What is the geographical territory for the role?

WC: New England (MA, Upstate NY, VT, NH, ME), North Central (KS, MO, IA, NE, ND, SD, MN, MT, WY) and Southwest (S. CA, AZ, NV, CO, HI)

MSLS-CC: Tell me more about the company and the culture?
